1. 54-2005-RJ18. Informal A. Letter of Warning for not scanning the express mail piece as attempted is reduced to 2 months and 5 days in OPF.

2. 54-2005-LG10. Formal A. Letter of Warning alleging a failure to be back by 5:00pm, unauthorized overtime and a failure to call the Station by 3:00pm to notify management that the assignment could not be completed in the authorized time is rescinded. (Note* This was won due to severe due process errors only.)

3. 54-05-LG22. Informal A. 7 DAY SUSPENSION alleging poor attendance is reduced to one year in OPF.

4. 54-05-LG20. Informal A. Letter of Warning for delivering express mail after 12 noon (12:26pm) is rescinded.

5. 54-05-LG24. Informal A. Letter of Warning alleging a missed MSP scan point is reduced to 3 months in OPF.

6. 54-05-LG25. Informal A. Letter of Warning alleging a missed MSP scan point is reduced to 3 months in OPF.

7. 54-05-LG26. Informal A. Letter of Warning alleging a missed MSP scan point is reduced to a discussion.

8. 54-05-LG23. Informal A. Letter of Warning alleging a lost vehicle key on the route is reduced to 3 months in OPF.

9. 54-05-LG19. Informal A. Management did not pay the Grievant 1.70 hours of annual leave even though there was an approved leave slip. Resolved; Grievant is hereby paid 1.70 hours of annual leave.

10. 54-05-LG29. Informal A. 7 DAY SUSPENSION for not wearing a seatbelt when the route examiner was with the Grievant is reduced to a Letter of Warning and further reduced from two years to one year in OPF.

11. 54-05-LG21. Formal A. 7 DAY SUSPENSION alleging poor attendance is reduced from two years to one year in OPF.

12. 54-05-LG30. Informal A. The updates for the M-41 Handbook (City Delivery Carriers Duties and Responsibilities) will be placed in all 73 route books.

13. 54-05-LG28. Formal A. Grievant reported for work on his N/S day. Management and at least one other carrier stated that the Grievant was not on the schedule to work. Resolved; Grievant is hereby paid two and a half hours of overtime.
