Management wrote that the Grievant purposely injured her ankle in an official document to the Department of Labor in an unscrupulous attempt to try and prevent benefits due her. We grieved this citing that management is supposed to be honest in accordance with section 666.2 of the ELM. Resolved; Grievance denied.

49. 54-03-LG25. Virginia Step B team. Grievant was out of work more than 21 days so she had to get clearance from the Washington, DC medical unit. Grievant's doctor cleared her for work. Rockville management in conjunction with the medical unit unreasonably delayed her return to work. Resolved; Grievant is hereby paid for the 17.91 hours she missed work and will have her annual leave credited for 17.91 hours.

50. 54-03-LG28. Step B. Grievant was forced to undergo two Fitness For Duty Examinations without any compensation. Resolved; Grievant will be paid for the travel time and time spent at the examinations.
