12. 54-05-LG42. Formal A. Grievance was filed alleging improper office time after the May inspection. It was agreed that the route was shortchanged by 36 minutes. Resolved; The Grievant’s leaving time will be changed to 10:18 for his 201 mounted deliveries.

13. 54-05-KL21. Informal A. The District office sent a letter to the Grievant notifying her that she would be separated from the Postal Service due to being on LWOP for over one year. The date on the letter had a typo resulting in the date of the letter being one year off. This meant that OPM would not accept the employees request for disability retirement. Resolved; Management will retype the letter with the correct date.

14. 54-05-LG83. Informal A. Letter of Warning alleging missed MSP scans is rescinded.

15. 53-05-LG12. PRE-ARBITRATION. REMOVAL alleging OWCP fraud and violating her medical restrictions is reduced to a 14 day suspension with no back-pay and restricted use of this discipline being used against the Grievant in the future.
