14. 50-2003-SL34. Step B. Management will pay $50.00 to the charity of the Union's choice due to the delay in providing the information requested (there has been numerous prior settlements on this issue, and thus, an escalating remedy.)

15. 50-2003-SL24. Step B. Management was not inequitable in the distribution of overtime for the quarter.

16. 50-2003-SL12. Step B. Grievant will be able to continue to request 8 hours or less for annual leave consistent with the past practice of the installation.

17. 50-2003-SL31. PRE-ARBITRATION. The 16.91 hours of sick leave is hereby changed to FMLA sick leave.

18. 50-2003-SLl70. Formal A. Grievant will be paid an additional 50% for all hours over 12 in the day (13.11 hours.)

19. 50-2003-SL65. Step B. Management refused to pay the 8 hour guarantee on their N/S day. Resolved; Grievant's will be paid 3.25 hours of overtime and 44 units of overtime respectively.

20. 50-2003-CK9. Formal A. Management will pay the three employees an additional 50% for all hours over 60 for the week plus $25.00 each as an escalating remedy due to numerous violations. (60.57 hours, 61.21 hours and 60.03 hours).

21. 50-2003-SL81. Step B. Management refused to pay the 8 hour guarantee on the carriers N/S day. Resolved; The carrier will be paid 1.15 hours of overtime.

22. 50-2003-SL30. Step B. Grievant was denied Light Duty in accordance with Articles 13 and 30 of the National Agreement. Step B denied the grievance.

23. 50-2003-SL75. Formal A. The PTF will be paid an additional 50% for all hours over the 11 and 1/2 hour maximum in a day (12.38 hours.)

24. 50-2003-SL76. Formal A. Management will pay the two employees an additional 50% for all hours over 60 for the week plus $25.00 each as an escalating remedy due to numerous violations. (60.73 hours and 61.49 hours).

25. 50-2003-SL57. Formal A. Management refused to comply with IW-03-KL11. This stated that the PTF cited by the union met the criteria of the Memorandum of Understanding concerning maximization/Full-time Flexible. The senior PTF will be converted to a Full-time Flexible. Resolved; The senior PTF will be paid a lump-sum of $25.00 plus $141.36 for not being paid the last holiday.

26. 50-2003-DP07. Step B. Management did not provide a pay adjustment for a prior grievance settlement in a timely manner. Resolved; This grievance is remanded and if management still has not paid the Grievant, a lump-sum of $100.00 plus interest at the Federal Judgment Rate will be awarded due to numerous prior settlements on this issue.

27. 50-2003-SL134. Formal A. Management failed to post the overtime equitability log at the end of the quarter. Resolved; Management will reconstruct the log and the Union will have 14 days to initiate a grievance for inequitable distribution of overtime.

28. 50-2003-SL138. Formal A. Management was unreasonably delaying Union time. Resolved; Management will comply with the August 26, 2003 letter written by District Manager, Tim Haney, concerning the granting of Union time without delay.

29. 50-2003-SL137. Formal A. The Shop Steward will be paid 4 hours for having to write grievances off the clock due to management delaying Union time.

30. 50-2003-SL66. Formal A. The 8 hours of Administrative Leave is hereby approved consistent with the District Managers letter concerning the February 16, 2003 snow day.

31. 50-2003-SL107. Formal A. Management refused to pay the 8 hour guarantee on the carriers N/S day. Resolved; The carrier will be paid 1.80 hours of overtime.

32. 50-2003-CK12. Management rejected the medical documentation, and thus, charged the Grievant AWOL. Resolved; The 16 hours of AWOL is changed to 16 hours of sick leave.

33. 50-2003-CK16. Informal A. Grievant called back at 3:00pm and told the supervisor that they could not complete the assignment in the allotted time. Management responded by telling the Grievant to complete the assignment in 8 hours and deliver all the mail. Resolved; Management will approve the time to deliver the mail or instruct the carrier to bring the mail back.
