1. 50-2004-SL80. Informal A. Management will pay a charity of our choice $50.00 due to management refusing to meet at Informal A. (This is an escalating remedy due to numerous settlements on this issue.)

2. 50-2004-SL79. Informal A. Management will pay a charity of our choice $50.00 due to management refusing to meet at Informal A. (This is an escalating remedy due to numerous settlements on this issue.)

3. 50-2004-SL78. Informal A. Management will pay a charity of our choice $50.00 due to management refusing to meet at Informal A. (This is an escalating remedy due to numerous settlements on this issue.)

4. 50-2004-SL77. Informal A. Management will pay a charity of our choice $50.00 due to management refusing to meet at Informal A. (This is an escalating remedy due to numerous settlements on this issue.)

5. 50-2004-CK45. Informal A. Management will pay a charity of our choice $50.00 due to management refusing to meet at Informal A. (This is an escalating remedy due to numerous settlements on this issue.)

6. 50-2004-SL88. Informal A. Letter of Warning for slipping on the route (incredibly, management considers this a failure to work safely) is reduced to a discussion.

7. 50-2004-CK40. Formal A. Letter of Warning for casing DPS mail is reduced to a discussion.

8. 50-2004-DP03. Formal A. Two NON-ODL's were forced to work their day off in violation of Article 8 (overtime rules.) They will be paid an additional 125% for 8.01 hours and 8.22 hours respectively. (This meant that they were paid double time and 3/4 or about $59.00 per hour!) Also, 16.23 hours of double time will be paid to ODL's as determined by the Union.

9. 50-2004-DP04. Formal A. Two NON-ODL's were forced to work their day off in violation of Article 8 (overtime rules.). They will be paid an additional 125% for 8.00 hours and 7.92 hours respectively. (This meant that they were paid double time and 3/4 or about $59.00 per hour!) Also, 15.92 hours of double time will be paid to ODL's as determined by the Union.

10. 50-2004-CK36. Formal A. The Grievant and management both agree to work together to try to form a harmonious work environment.

11. 50-2004-CK37. Formal A. Management had a big problem with the Grievant using her stool while casing mail. Resolved; The Grievant will be allowed to continue to use her stool to case mail in accordance with Article 41 Section 3A of the National Agreement.

12. 50-2004-CK38. Formal A. The Grievant was denied her choice of Administrative Leave for Reagan's day of mourning. Resolved; Grievant will be given Administrative Leave on September 4, 2004.

13. 50-2004-DP01. Formal A. The following carriers will be paid an additional 50% plus $50.00 each as an escalating remedy due to management working them over the 60 hour weekly limit. This is an escalating remedy due to numerous prior settlements on this issue. (61.27 hours, 60.28 hours, 60.90 hours, 62.95 hours, 60.34 hours, 61.74 hours and 60.51 hours.)

14. 50-2004-SL82. Informal A. A NON-ODL was forced to work 1.77 hours of overtime off her assignment in violation of Article 8 Section 5G (overtime rules.) The NON-ODL will be paid an additional 125% for 1.77 hours ($59.00 per hour) and an ODL will be paid 1.77 hours of double time.

15. 50-2004-SL81. Informal A. Seven NON-ODL's were forced to work overtime off their assignments in the afternoon in violation of Article 8 Section 5G totaling 10.18 hours. They will be paid an additional 125% for the 10.18 hours ($59.00 per hour) and 10.18 hours of double time will be paid to ODL carriers as determined by the Union.

16. 50-2004-SL84. Formal A. The following carriers will be paid an additional 50% plus $50.00 each as an escalating remedy due to management working them over the 60 hour weekly limit. This is an escalating remedy due to numerous prior settlements on this issue. (61.32 hours, 60.95 hours, 60.71 hours, 61.39 hours, and 66.47 hours.)

17. 50-2004-SL89. Formal A. Seven NON-ODL's were forced to work overtime off their assignments in the afternoon in violation of Article 8 Section 5G totaling 7.22 hours. They will be paid an additional 125% for the 7.22 hours ($59.00 per hour) and 7.22 hours of double time will be paid to ODL carriers as determined by the Union.

18. 50-2004-SL85. Formal A. The carrier will be paid an additional 50% plus $25.00 due to management working the carrier over the 12 hour daily limit. (12.50 hours). This is an escalating remedy due to numerous prior settlements on this issue.

19. 50-2004-SL83. Formal A. Withdrawn with the understanding that henceforth, carriers will be guaranteed 8 hours of overtime on their nonscheduled days unless an emergency or illness occurs on that nonscheduled day.

20. 50-2004-SL86. Formal A. The carrier will be paid an additional 50% plus $25.00 due to management working the carrier over the 12 hour daily limit. (12.68 hours). This is an escalating remedy due to numerous prior settlements on this issue.

21. 50-2004-SL91. Formal A. Grievant will pay the $317.12 for the letter of indebtedness and will be covered by her health insurance retro-active to January 10, 2004.

22. 50-2004-SL92. Formal A. Grievant was denied an extra 10 minute break that was the result of a PRE-ARBITRATION settlement. Resolved; Grievant will now be granted one hour of Administrative Leave to be used on the date selected by the Grievant (August 28, 2004).

23. 50-2004-SL96. Informal A. A NON-ODL will be paid an additional 125% for 61 units of forced overtime (double time and 3/4) and an ODL will be paid 61 units of double time due to an Article 8 (overtime rules) violation.

24. 50-2004-SL97. Informal A. A NON-ODL will be paid an additional 125% for 1.48 hours of forced overtime (double time and 3/4) and two ODL's will each be paid 74 units of double time due to an Article 8 (overtime rules) violation.
