1. 50-2003-SL127. PRE-ARBITRATION. Management violated the contract when contemplating the reversion of an assignment. Resolved; Management will provide the Union written notice within five days of the date an assignment becomes vacant if it intends to review the position for possible reversion. Furthermore, management will notify the Union within 30 days of its intent to revert or post the position.

2. 52-2003-MC115. PRE-ARBITRATION. Management refused to accept some (SF)2809's and told others if they submitted a 2809 it would not be processed. Resolved; Employees who properly submitted form (SF)2809 via paper form during the FEHBP open season within the period 11-10-2003 through 12-29-2003 may present a copy of their written election request and it will be honored.

3. IW-03-KL29. PRE-ARBITRATION. Management wanted to designate anyone they wanted to hear Informal A's. Resolved; Only the immediate supervisor will hear Informal A's in accordance with Article 15 of the National Agreement.

4. IW-04-KL4. Formal A. The PTF cited by the union met the criteria of the Memorandum of Understanding concerning maximization/Full-time Flexible. The senior PTF will be converted to a Full-time Flexible.

5. IW-04-KL17. Formal A. The PTF cited by the union met the criteria of the Memorandum of Understanding concerning Maximization/Full-time Flexible. The senior PTF will be converted to a Full-time Flexible.

6. IW-04-KL18. Formal A. The PTF cited by the union met the criteria of the Memorandum of Understanding concerning Maximization/Full-time Flexible. The senior PTF will be converted to a Full-time Flexible.
