15. 55-04-AC6. Informal A. Grievant was falsely accused by the Station Manager of signing another carriers 2240. We agreed to withdraw the grievance when the Station Manager apologized.

We agreed to withdraw the grievance when the postmaster pledged that prior grievance settlement would be complied with promptly and the $16.10 paid over the window by submitting two 1164's.

17. 55-04-GA45. Informal A. Grievant was instructed to carry shoppers in the same hand as the DPS letters. Resolved; Grievant will only carry a letter bundle in her hand and flat mail in her satchel.

23. 55-04-GA50. Formal A. This was a lack of dignity and respect grievance. Withdrawn with the agreement that the Station Manager will not order PTF's to lunch within the first two hours of clocking on. In this case, the Grievant started at 0755 and was instructed to take lunch at 0780!

24. 55-04-GA54. Informal A. Management ordered the carrier to work 91 units on another route due to supposed undertime as determined by DOIS. Resolved; Management will abide by Article 34 of the National Agreement (A fair days work for a fair days pay.)

25. 55-04-GA57. Formal A. Management will cease and desist from instructing the Grievant not to call back when she can't complete her assignment in the authorized time.

27. 55-04-GA52. Informal A. Management gave a Service Talk prohibiting cell phoneís on postal property that have the capability of taking pictures. We withdrew the grievance when management agreed to rescind the policy.

28. 55-04-GA66. Informal A. When street assistance is authorized to comply with the Grievantís request for an 8 hour day, that assistance will arrive no later than 20 minutes before the Grievantís 8 hours are up.
