1. 55-2003-RJ19. Formal A. 7 DAY SUSPENSION alleging that the route was carried out of order and a failure to scan MSP points upon arrival is reduced to one year in OPF.

2. 55-04-KL1. Informal A. Letter of Warning alleging deviation/taking lunch at own residence is reduced to 9 months in OPF.

3. 55-04-GA16. Formal A. 14 DAY SUSPENSION alleging that the carrier did not wear a seat belt and loaded the vehicle on office time is rescinded.

4. 55-04-GA15. Formal A. 14 DAY SUSPENSION alleging unauthorized overtime is rescinded.

5. 55-04-KL7. Formal A. Grievant will be paid mileage to and from her physician and reimbursed the physician's fee due to management demanding documentation for an absence of one day.

6. 55-04-KL16. Formal A. Management will cease and desist predetermining the amount of Union time needed.

7. 55-04-KL15. Formal A. An ODL selected by Union will be paid an additional 50 units of overtime due to management delivering express mail.

8. 55-04-KL14. Formal A. Management was conducting a 3999 on the Grievant's route. Grievant wanted to take her lunch at her usual location which is on her route. The supervisor denied the request. Resolved; These types of requests will not be unreasonably denied. Grievant will be provided the time to select three lunch locations and record this on form 1564-A.

9. 55-04-KL13. Formal A. Management was conducting a 3999 on the Grievant's route. Grievant wanted to take a 10 minute break at a location different than what was on her 1564-A due to exhaustion. The supervisor denied the request. Resolved; These types of requests will not be unreasonably denied.

10. 55-04-KL12. Formal A. Grievant will be provided a 3996, upon request, from this point forward.

11. 55-04-KL11. Formal A. Grievant's sick leave will be changed to FMLA sick leave.

12. 55-04-KL10. Formal A. Grievant was sent to the Medical Unit in DC for clearance. Management refused to pay mileage or time spent traveling there and back even though we had already won this issue at Step B several times. Resolved; Grievant will be paid 4.50 hours at her straight-time rate for travel to the medical unit and back and time at the medical unit. Mileage was paid in a separate grievance.

13. 55-04-KL9. Formal A. The supervisor was in the vehicle with the Grievant. The supervisor denied the Grievant a street break. Resolved; Grievant will receive three 10 minute breaks on the day of her choosing.

14. 55-04-KL8. Formal A. Management will cease and desist taking mail from, or to, carriers on the street. This is clearly carrier work.

15. 55-04-SM17. Formal A. Management will cease and desist riding in the trucks with carriers without a safety seat and management will use the seat belt.

16. 55-04-KL5. Formal A. Management will not discourage the Grievant from reading the names on the mail while delivering on the street. Management will treat the Grievant with dignity and respect when approaching the Grievant on the street.

17. 55-04-KL6. Formal A. Management will not determine how long one will be out on sick leave. The physician determines how long the employee will be on sick leave.

18. 55-04-AC1. Formal A. Grievant will not be instructed to sign an 1164 in the block titled “payment received” when she has not been paid. If the Grievant has not already been paid for the reimbursement for having to call back because she could not complete the assignment in the allotted time, Grievant will be reimbursed as soon as possible.

19. 55-04-AC4. Formal A. When the Grievant calls back to inform management that she can’t complete the assignment in the allotted time, management will instruct the Grievant to deliver the mail or bring it back.

20. 55-04-AC5. Formal A. When the Grievant calls back to inform management that she can’t complete the assignment in the allotted time, management will treat the Grievant with dignity and respect.

21. 55-04-AC3. Formal A. Grievant will be paid an additional 2.60 hours of overtime due to management refusing to pay the Grievant their 8 hour guarantee on their N/S day.

22. 55-04-SM16. Formal A. Management will reimburse the Grievant for mileage to the medical unit and phone calls related to work on form 1164 which was submitted by the Grievant.

23. 55-04-AC2. Formal A. The supervisor harassed the Grievant and gave a job discussion to the Grievant alleging that the Grievant rearranged the DPS mail in the office. This was adamantly denied and the carrier accused the supervisor of making up the entire story. Withdrawn, when upper management decided to move the supervisor out of the unit.

24. 55-04-SM14. Formal A. Grievant was hit with an unprecedented two official job discussions and a PDI all at the same time. Grievant filed a harassment grievance. Resolved; Withdrawn when upper management decided to move the supervisor out of the unit.

25. 55-04-SM13. Formal A. Grievant was ordered to take all the mail out of the truck for cluster boxes and put the excess mail on the ground to avoid going back to the vehicle. Resolved; Withdrawn when upper management decided to move the supervisor out of the unit.
